hello guys its been kinda fun here but we had some problems that we over came by time i was intrested in the castles b ut expicaly the one where lenordo davinci lived in and his envintions because it was intersting and was the day of fun. the name of his castle given to him by the king of France is called Clos de Luce.

Hey everybody i am enjoying every seconed at france it is very intresting and i am learning ALOT about french history ! its very nice but cold. so far everything is good and we will be going to go to disney land soon. France is a very vivid country with lots of wonders.

Il fait beau aujourd'hui mais il y a du vent. La queue est longue mais
nous avons achete les billets en avance et ca nous a sauve du temps.

Yesterday, we visited Effiel Tour in Paris, it was a pleasent experience. We took the elevator to the top level of the tour. We had a great time there, and it was a once-in-a-life time experience. I do recommended everyone to go there, we can go twice too =P. We then went to a delighting restaurant on the Champs-Elyesses called PIZZA PINO, it was wonderful and the food is top quality.

ITINERARY:

April 2: Leave QLA to home

April 3: Leave Doha at 745 am and arrive in Paris early pm. TRANSFER AIRPORT / HOTEL – pick up from the airport and continue for the 2/3hours city tour of Paris and then drop at the hotel.
Lunch at own expense

Walking tour of the Champs-Elysées from the Arc de Triomphe to the Concorde with a view of the outside of the Louvre , and the Jardin de Tuileries
Metro ride back to Hotel to get ready for dinner
Dinner at own expense
Evening stroll in area of hotel, journal writing and postcard writing

April 4: GUIDED VISIT OF LOUVRE MUSEUM (BOOKING FEES AND ENTRANCES INCLUDED)
Lunch at own expense
Afternoon excursion to Les Invalides and the Musée de l’Armée
Climb to the top of LA Tour Eiffel
Visit to the Latin Quarter for dinner and shopping
Return to hotel for journal writing

April 5: GUIDED VISIT OF VERSAILLES CASTLE (BOOKING FEES AND ENTRANCES INCLUDED
Lunch in Versailles at our own expense
Afternoon visit to the Stade de France or the catacombs
Evening in Montmartre with a view of the Sacre Coeur
Dinner in Montmartre at own expense
Return to hotel for journal writing

April 6: Train to Tours TGV 2nd class reservations included. 2 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION IN TOURS HOTEL HOLIDAY INN CENTER INCLUDING DAILY BREAKFAST: Late Morning arrival and 2 to 3 hours walking tour of TOURS along with the guide. Arranged lunch in local restaurant and then continue for guided visit to AMBOISE – return to the hotel. If we have time we will visit the Museum in Tours which houses many of Leonardo da Vinci’s inventions.

April 7: Full day Guided tour of – Chateau d’Ussé, Azay le Rideau and Chenonceau. Lunch and dinner at own expense.

Evening journaling and packing for return trip to Paris the following morning.

April 8: TRAIN TICKET TOURS / PARIS – 2ND CLASS RESERVATION. GUIDED VISIT OF CITE DES SCIENCES (ENTRANCES INCLUDED)

Afternoon near the Opera, Visit to Galeries Lafayette for shopping
Dinner in the area of the hotel at own expense

April 9: Morning GUIDED VISIT OF FONTAINEBLEAU CASTLE (ENTRANCES INCLUDED)
Lunch in La Defense or Fontainebleau
Afternoon visit to La Defense for architectural study and shopping
Back to the Ile de la Cite to view Notre Dame Cathédrale, and the Hotel de Ville if time allows walk to La Bastille.

Evening boat excursion on the River Seine

April 10: Morning visit to the Rodin Museum for sketching
Afternoon in the Musee d’Orsay for impressionism study
Stroll along Champs Elysees and climb the Arc de Triomphe
